How the cost is made up
1. Project build
Set up once, for each project
Every programme is built around its protocol. We configure the questionnaires, consent, follow-up schedule, reminders and data export, then launch it with you. The fee is agreed up front and paid once.
2. Annual licence
One licence for the year
After launch, an annual licence covers the platform for that project: capture, reminders, dashboards, secure storage and support. It does not rise with the number of participants.
3. Sites and clinicians
Included in the licence
Open every site and add every investigator and coordinator the programme needs. There is no charge per site or per clinician.
Total cost = project build + annual licence
