Filters update outcomes, completion, clinic benchmarking, and safety signals together.

Aggregated, pseudonymised sponsor view

Start with the sponsor view, then switch to a clinician caseload or the patient diary.

The workflow

What the patient actually walks

Eight steps, in order. Each one is something the registry does, on the page they already opened. No app, and the next step does not open a new tab.

Step 1 of 8

Invite them

A QR code when you do not have a list. Email or SMS when the care team, a research team, or a CRO already holds the contact.

No list yet

On the box, inside a software product, on a waiting-room card, or on a flyer. They start it themselves.

How you look at it

Region, clinic, and the cuts you define

A custom registry is only useful if you can see it the way the question is asked. These are the views teams use first.

Region

Country, nation, or region on one dashboard, so a difference in outcomes is visible before you export a spreadsheet.

Clinic

Each clinic on its own, then rolled up. See who is recruiting, who is completing follow-up, and how scores compare.

Site

Hospital, practice, or investigator site. Useful when one organisation runs more than one clinic.

The other cuts

Product, indication, and age when those fields are in the registry. You choose the groupings. They are not a fixed national template.

What you get

Follow-up that does not depend on a coordinator at every clinic

A registry for your question

Instruments, timepoints, and fields follow the product, procedure, or pathway you are following. It is not a copy of a national joint registry.

Look while it is still collecting

Completion, scores, and safety sit on live dashboards. You do not wait for an annual extract to see a region or a clinic.

Same patients, different views

One consented follow-up. Sponsors, clinical leads, and local sites can look at the slice they are responsible for.

Design the registry around the question

Tell us the population, the eight steps you need, and how you want to slice the data. We will scope a registry you can open by region and clinic.
